Changing a Customer Ship To

1. At the Customer Mask field, enter the customer ID code that is associated with the ship-to address you wish to change.

If you are uncertain of the customer code, see Navigating Net Yield - Selecting a Customer Code ID.

2. A Select An Alternative Address window will display. Scroll to the address you wish to modify and press Enter to confirm your selection.

3. Command options will appear:

 

Select Change.

4. Use the arrow buttons to navigate within the fields and make your changes.

Select Update to save the changes you have made.

 

Important: You must select Update in order to save your work.

Note: The Customer Mask and Address ID cannot be changed.
